PositionLogistics Cost Jr Manager
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Logistics Cost Jr Manager to join our Latin America team located in São Paulo;Logistics cost management involving import, export, risk management, transportation and storage;Area responsible for the Logistics Cost of all types of modals within Latin America;Acting as controller within the logistics costs area;Prepare improving logistics partner's execution capability such as task operation, organization and process from the customer, financial and HR perspectives;Identify new services to secure logistics competitiveness, and develop and apply efficiency of the existing processes and related solutions.
Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for the production of management reports on logistics cost variation (planned vs budgeted);Support in all logistics cost planning analysis of reduction opportunity;Accomplish Cost simulation assisting procurement team;Interface with subsidiaries in Latin America and constant reporting with Samsung's global team to send reports;Serve as a guide for other teams with regard to logistics costs and enable them in improvement actions;Dashboard construction.
Monitor logistics company's overall performance including import customs clearance, delivery, storage and logistics costs, and achieve goals by logistics indicator.
Background & ExperienceBachelor's degree, in engineering, economics, accounting, or business;Previous experience in logistics cost management involving import, export, risk management, transportation and warehousing;Advanced knowledge in Excel.
Including VBA;Knowledge of SAP tools (LE module) is desirable (plus).We are looking for a professional with an extremely analytical profile;Advanced presentation skills in English (mandatory), Spanish is a plus.
