    Business Development Manager

    About the Role:


    We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to join our M&A team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with software companies globally.


    Your Key Responsibilities:


    • Develop and manage an M&A pipeline through Salesforce CRM
    • Meet and exceed monthly M&A targets, such as meaningful contacts and other measurable M&A sourcing KPIs.
    • Cultivate relationships with CEOs, VPs of Corporate Development, founders/owners, M&A advisors, private equity/venture capital professionals.

    About You:


    To be successful in this role, you will have experience in business development/sales at a software company or client-facing M&A finance role within business development sales account management preferably outbound-focused origination roles.


    You must possess advanced verbal written communication skills confident executive presence to speak with C level decision makers result driven proactive work ethic organized detail oriented full fluency Portuguese English Spanish fluency is a plus occasional travel required within Brazil can be primarily performed Remotely within Brazil from Hybrid Sao Paolo office.
