- Have experience in large-scale IT implementations within the utility industry, gained within a utility and/or major consulting organization as a MDM, C2M, MWM or CCB technical architect
- Have proficiency in English and upper-intermediate level in Spanish.
- Awareness of the broad Oracle Utilities Applications suite of products
- Be able to demonstrate operational skills in Oracle technology products such as Oracle Integration Cloud Services, Fusion Middleware, SOA and Oracle Enterprise Manager
- Have high levels of organization, determination and focus
- Possess excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Experience on Integration technologies - SOA, OIC or equivalent

- Ability to travel for 100% of assignments to any destination is a key requirement of the role
