Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, including cash flow projections and risk assessments.
• Maintain positive relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure favorable financing terms.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth through optimized financial processes.
• Support senior management in preparing financial reports and presentations to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
2. Postgraduate or MBA in Finance and Accounting is highly desirable.
3. Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with expertise in Excel, dashboards, and KPIs.
4. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial applications is an advantage.
5. Residence in Lençóis Paulista, Bauru, or Macatuba/SP region.
