Team Overview:

We are seeking a Staff Analog Engineer to join the Impinj silicon engineering team focusing on the next generation of tag and reader chips. Our team is diligent and collaborative, comprising top-tier silicon designers who highly value partnership and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to specify and architect advance RFID Reader IC's
• Implement low-power and low-voltage RF and Analog circuits using advanced deep-submicron CMOS technologies
• Conduct design verification and production support tasks
• Work closely with a cross-functional team throughout product development to introduce new features and products

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in leading Analog/RF design activities
• Strong ability to interpret RF transceiver system level requirements and translate them into circuit level specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience in designing various RF/Analog integrated circuits in deep sub-micron CMOS technologies
• Understanding of phase noise generation and mitigation
• Proficiency in IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Specter, EMX
• Familiarity with physical layout requirements
• Lab testing skills to evaluate prototype units and software skills for lab equipment control
• Motivated team player with clear communication and presentation skills

Compensation and Benefits:

The base pay range for this role in Brazil is $170,000 BRL. Base pay is determined by role complexity, responsibilities, job duties, requirements, experience, and skills. Offers are made within the applicable base pay range. Additional rewards may include merit increases, annual bonuses, and stock awards based on individual performance.
