- Monitor and drive vendor education adoption based on their specific needs.
- Coordinate vendor communication efforts.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the vendor experience through relevant content that helps vendors overcome challenges and thrive.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to anticipate changes in the vendor experience and update educational materials accordingly.
- Develop online learning experiences aligned with vendor education goals that deliver desired outcomes.
- Utilize eLearning authoring tools to create engaging online content.
- Analyze performance data to establish learning objectives that drive business results.
- Benchmark with global teams to enhance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level, including pivot tables & charts, data cleansing, etc.
- Experience in program or project management.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power Point.
- Proficient in English (proficiency will be assessed during interviews).
- Experience in stakeholder management and demand prioritization.
- Experience with SQL.
- Background in Education-related program management.
- Experience in E-Commerce and/or Retail.

We are in search of a professional who can spearhead Education and Vendor Communication initiatives that will make a significant impact on all vendors and our Retail teams, enhancing scalability.
The Program Manager for Vendor Education will focus on educating vendors on Amazon systems, managing vendor communication at scale, and acting as a key business partner to provide updated and efficient materials for vendors.
This role involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to drive learning initiatives that will benefit our vendors.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in hands-on program management, have strong prioritization skills, and be able to Build Trust and Deliver Results across diverse stakeholder groups, making data-driven decisions.
