    What we expect you to have:

    • Completed higher education degree.
    • Solid experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
    • Fluent English is essential; Spanish is desirable.
    • Exceptional organisational, planning and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail.
    • Proactive, discreet and solution-oriented profile, with sound judgment and autonomy.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate effectively in multicultural and international environments.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and high digital literacy.

    What you will do:

    • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Twinings–Ovomaltine Latam General Director and leadership team.
    • Manage complex agendas, communications and meetings across multiple time zones.
    • Coordinate local and international meetings, events, visits and business travel end to end.
    • Support the preparation of executive presentations and strategic materials.
    • Coordinate onboarding of new team members and support key administrative processes (SAP, suppliers, POs).
    • Act as a trusted interface with internal stakeholders and external partners.

    Work model:

    AB has three types of work models, depending on the areas of operation: 1) In-person, 2) External work, and 3) Hybrid. For this position, we are applying the hybrid work model - in this model, you will work 40% of the time remotely. The definition of the days you will need to come to the office is flexible and agreed upon with your manager. Our office is located in São Paulo, right next to the Pinheiros subway station.
