    Human Resources Manager Role

    The primary objective of this role is to provide support for our LATAM team members and clients by executing people initiatives, delivering exceptional internal customer service, and driving HR functional excellence.

    • Work collaboratively with the TurnKey HR team to contribute towards company goals and objectives.
    • Build strong relationships with employees through regular communication, conflict resolution, and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
    • C Coordinate employee life cycle functions including onboarding/offboarding/adaptation/orientation programs. Ensure a seamless experience from hiring to departure!
