    Summary of the Role:
    The HR Reporting Coordinator is responsible for consulting with the Global HR organization to develop and deliver HR reporting to support the business needs of the organization.

    Supports the HR Reporting strategy and design in collaboration with the Manager, HR Reporting and Data Governance.

    Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

    • Logs and addresses requests, inquiries/issues, and works with HR employees, managers, and other stakeholders to resolve using various tools. Escalates requests and issues to Manager, HR Reporting to resolve as needed (i.e., data and analysis interpretation)


    • Collaborates with HR leaders and stakeholders with a demonstrated understanding of HR processes to provide knowledge and understanding of report capabilities using HR data

    • Builds reports, dashboards, and creates templates for HR management reporting; compiles key HR metrics for a variety of stakeholders maintaining discretion, confidentiality, and data privacy

    • Consolidates information from various systems to allow the Centers of Excellence to identify trends relevant to HR

    • Supports Global Leveraged Services Data Management Specialists, COEs, and HR Business Partners in preparing for annual HR processes, such as consolidating strategic workforce plans and providing reporting for Diversity & Inclusion reviews, etc.

    • Enforces a global "single source of truth" approach to all HR Reporting & Analytics via promotion of consistent terminology

    • Partners with Leveraged Services to complete enterprise level HR compliance reporting (EEO, etc.), including other stakeholders as needed (i.e., Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, etc.); manage and provide necessary reports for master data and other audits as required

    • Completes testing for system enhancements and resolves issues

    • Maintains and completes updates to the HR Reporting Knowledge Base and FAQs

    • Provides recommendations for enhancements to reports as goals evolve

    • Supports on-going development and execution of "one source of truth" reporting standards within HR (i.e., developing report processes, reporting catalog, key metrics, training materials, etc.)

    • Supports data governance reports and audits as required

    • Participates in HR Technology projects

    Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

    Education / Certification:

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics or Human Resources preferred

    Experience and Skills:


    • 2+ years of experience in an HR role focused on data, reporting, or other lifecycle activities which requires an analytic expertise


    • Language Proficiency: Understanding, speaking, reading and writing English (required)

    • Experience with reporting tools

    • Consultatie and problem-solving skills. Must be comfortable iterating with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide a viable solution


    • Expert technical experience in the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Experience working with SAP/SuccessFactors preferred

    • Shared services environment experience preferred

    • Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Business Objects, SuccessFactors Report Center/People Analytics preferred
