We're hiring a Customer Onboarding Analyst to own customers' first 30-45 days and set the tone for our relationship.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding sessions via phone, video, text, and email using our tech stack
• Complete daily CRM tasks (to-dos, emails, texts, calls)

The successful candidate will have at least 4 years in Customer Success or Onboarding. Excellent communication skills are required along with fluency in English. The role includes working autonomously with high autonomy and fast execution.
