    The IPP Technical Sales is a customer-facing role that actively engages customers to

    communicate HCLSoftware Workload Automation / HCL Universal Ochestrator offering, to

    understand their technical and business needs, and to act as a bridge between Product Sales,

    Client Directors and product teams when developing offerings and customer solutions.

    Proactive, engaging and team member with at least 5 years experience in automation. Hunting

    and entrepreneurship attitude required for the business development and proactive

    engagement with the ecosystem of GSI and BPs.

    Key focus being on new license revenue opportunity, assisting the sales team with product

    Demo, POC, pre-sales and post-sales activities to delight our customers.

    The role will also work closely across HCL Products services, product management,

    development, support and customer advocacy teams. Key focus being on new license revenue

    opportunity, to be achieved across collaboration with Client Directors, Business Partners and

    territory Managers.

    Experience:

    The Workload Automation Technical Sales Architect should proven experience in defining

    solutions for customers in the workload automation and devops landscapes, with a

    demonstrated track record in enterprise software, for distributed and for Cloud solutions . The

    role requires a 4-year university degree (or equivalent).

    Key Skills and Attributes:

     Hunting attitude and pre-sales technical role

     Understand with high proficiency the market

     Ability to contribute to reach sales targets

     Managed Cloud transformation Sales opportunity

     Understand with high proficiency licensing, entitlements, and pricing models to assist with

    product positioning

     Demonstration of eagerness to contribute by showing self initiative, leadership, positive

    attitude, and excellent communication and presentation skills

     Skill on workload Automation and programming languages, expertise on Control-M, CA7,

    Autosys, Automic, Redwood, IBM Workload Automation or other scheduling and automation

    solution or on ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle)

     Understand with high proficiency the market and the competition

     Proper Customer Success Managers Management

     Collaborate with the regional Client Directors to define solutions and sales strategy, and

    tactical steps for the different sales cycles

     Work in a collaborative approach with Marketing teams and Client Directors to properly

    manage new and existing leads

     Work in a collaborative way with the Business Partners (BPs) and Legal teams to properly

    onboard new BPs

     Solve customer questions related to the solution

     Take ownership to resolve with the support/engineering/Technical Advisors

    teams

     Enlarge the value of the registered renewal for our key customers by assessing potential

    upsell, cross sell, and CSA/PSA opportunities.

     Lead customer workshops to evaluate migration options, additional capabilities, strategic

    plans and value realization.

     Assist and develop new and current sales opportunities with Business Partners

    Region:

    Latin America

    Travel: 50% Travel, Position is 100% Remote

    Eligibility: Authorized to work in Brazil. HCL Software does not support any Visa sponsorship.
