    What to expect in this role

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead .NET Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a team of .NET engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and drive technical innovation within our organization.

    • Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications and integrations, with a focus on payment processing systems.
    • Lead a team of .NET engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient software solutions.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
    • Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality code and optimal system performance.
    • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our product offerings.
    • Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the .NET-based applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.

    Qualifications and Tech Proficiency

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on the .NET framework.
    • Proficiency in C# and .NET Core, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
    • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
