    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to enhance our sales department's effectiveness.

    This role involves comprehensive support tasks including proposal writing, market analysis documentation, and leveraging technology tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

    The Sales Assistant will be instrumental in data mining, lead research, and the strategic use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to orchestrate sales campaigns and manage communication cadences.

    The position is crafted for individuals aspiring to evolve their career in sales, with an anticipated transition into a direct sales role within 90 days.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Campaigns and Cadence Management:
    Design and implement targeted sales campaigns using CRM tools, adjusting communication cadences based on performance analytics to optimize engagement and conversion rates

    Cold Calling:
    Sales Assistants will support senior sales reps by cold calling some prospects and also investigating and identifying key prospects through verbal research with GateKeepers and other prospect company membersSales Support:

    Assist in preparing comprehensive sales documentation, manage scheduling for client meetings, and provide administrative support to enhance the sales process

    Proposal Writing:
    Draft and refine sales proposals and presentations to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients

    Market Analysis:
    Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support the sales team with insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities

    Lead Generation and Research:
    Utilize advanced data mining techniques and conduct detailed lead research to gather intelligence that supports personalized sales strategies

    CRM and Tech Tool Management:
    Expertly manage CRM platforms, like HubSpot, to track sales activities. Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator for advanced prospecting and networking.


    Transition to Sales Role:


    Actively engage in self-development with the goal of transitioning to a direct sales position within 90 days, leveraging internal training and mentorship opportunities to acquire essential sales skills.


    Qualifications:
    Ability to communicate in English at a business level, both written and verbal.
    Comfortable with technology and relational databasesStrong foundation in drafting sales proposals and conducting market analysis.
    Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
    Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    Excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
