    JOB DESCRIPTION

    YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

    Steers the strategy and governance of regional distribution network, ensuring that BRP has, across Latin America & Caribbean (LATAM), the optimal distribution footprint and dealer/distributor partners.

    Works and communicates closely with Regional Sales Leaders and District Sales Managers (Dealer-Direct and Distributor markets) in the field as well as internally with the Network Development team (his/her team locally and global team from head office and other regions) to coordinate and support sales development initiatives and dealer financial and operational issues.

    Network Coverage

  • Lead the continuation of the deployment of Primary Market Areas (PMAs) across the region along with the necessary supporting reports and in line with global best practices
  • Lead governance of the process of appointing new dealers/distributors across the region, optimize the development of our full market potential while ensuring dealer/distributor candidates are thoroughly and swiftly evaluated
  • Network Management

  • Act as the guardian of the Network Development Roadmap for the region by working hand in hand with Global Network Development team and the LATAM leadership team to actively pursue the regional performance objectives while ensuring seamless alignment with global deployment of various programs across the company (global policies, IT systems, etc.)
  • Lead the implementation and its governance for the deployment of all key projects forming the Network Development Roadmap, including but not limited to, certification programs, network coverage optimization, network training, evolution of distribution contracts and operations standards, etc.
  • Network Governance

  • Lead the Regional Dealer/Distributor Action Plans governance to structure our multi-functional approach (Sales, Marketing, Network Development, Finance, Logistics, etc.) to developing an optimal distribution network
  • Lead governance of top Dealer/Distributor Action Plan governance in close collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Manage process for dealer and distributor evaluations along with individual accounts key performance improvement & compliance communication including, when necessary, managing the termination process for non-performing/compliant dealers/distributors
  • Manage retail environment improvement projects throughout the regionto adopt BRP Corporate standards
  • Homologation and Warranty Campaign

  • Support LATAM individual countries/markets with homologation process for products being launched and made available in chosen geographies
  • Manage and coordinate warranty campaigns deployment across LATAM region
  • Overall

  • Maintain constant communication with Global Network Development team to ensure alignment of LATAM with global best practices, leveraging synergies across regions as well as opportunities to automate and/or standardize, and collaborate with functional experts to adapt best practices to LATAM reality when/where needed.
  • Lead, manage and coach the network development team across dealer-direct and distributor markets, supporting their development as well as managing their performance
  • Be part of LATAM's core management team and directly contribute to the development of the region's strategic planning and the prioritizing of key projects.
  • YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Five to ten years professional field sales experience or distribution network management preferably within the powersports, marine, automotive, powered tools industries or similar industries
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Successful management experience with strong track record of performance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at senior management level as well as with working teams working remotely across different offices of the region and the company
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken; Brazil Portuguese a plus.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with others
