    JOB DESCRIPTION

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

    • Attend customers in the Farma channel located in the Lakes Region (Maricá, Rio das Ostras, Macaé, Búzios, Cabo Frio, São Pedro da Aldeia, Saquarema, among others);
    • Be accountable for Sales (Sell In) and carry out actions to boost Sell Out, such as negotiations;
    • Schedule visits to clients;
    • Present the Portfolio, campaigns, promotions;
    • Manage relationships and performance of your customer base;
    • Prospect new clients and retain current ones;
    • Negotiate and implement visibility actions (Gondola Space, Extra Point, Inserts, etc.);
    • Execute the sales process with the aim of achieving established goals;
    • Follow up after sales, solving issues and recovering deviations;
    • Report any abnormalities (route changes, delays, absences) to the Supervisor, as well as various PDV occurrences (competition, promotions).

    REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Basic knowledge of computing;
    • Experience in the perfumeries channel with Hygiene and Beauty brands;
    • Customer service experience;
    • Good communication and analytical skills;
    • Active B Driver's License.
