    We are looking for Field Services Engineer, who wants to learn and transform his career.

    In this role you will:

    Implement Disaster Recovery procedures

    Maintain current knowledge with understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems

    Coordinate, collaborate with vendors and other Infrastructure and Computer Systems groups to get the existing issues resolved

    Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Change Management Procedures and complete documentation w.r.t GXP instruments and computer systems

    And much better if you stand out for:

    Maintain, Configure Lab equipment's, Printers, Instruments IP Address. Host Name, FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name)

    Maintain Computer Networks including VPNs, Routers and other Physical hardware

    Install and Configure Network equipment, Active Directory, LDAP, Exchange Server, DNS, Distribution Lists (DLs) etc.

    Experience in Citrix. Execute scripts for work connection to database, machines/Virtual Machines (VM), servers using service account or using elevated privileged accounts

    Implement Disaster Recovery procedures

    English Advanced

    Desirable Skills:

    Monitor computer systems to improve network performance for all systems

    Troubleshoot, resolve and communicate networking issues to employees, contractors and management
