• We are seeking an exceptionally versatile professional for a unique hybrid role: 50% Project Manager and 50% Event Producer.

Main Responsibilities:
The role is split equally between structured project management and executive event production.


Project Management (The 50% Strategic & Structural):

• ​Comprehensive Planning:  Lead the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects/events, from initial conception to closure and post-mortem analysis. 


• Rigorous Financial Management:  Create, monitor, and own event budgets (P&L), ensuring maximum profitability and strict cost control without sacrificing quality. 


• Timelines & Risk Management:  Develop detailed timelines and proactively manage risks, anticipating bottlenecks before they become problems. 


• ​Schedule Compliance:  'tangle stakeholder expectations with internal communications)';Act as primary point contact for clients(developing collaborative approach).</pre>
