    We are expanding our Business Development team within our Mergers and Acquisitions group. This role will be primarily focused on covering the Brazilian software market. The successful candidate must be based in Brazil.

    About the Role:

    • BUILD STRATEGIC BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH DECISION MAKERS OF SOFTWARE COMPANIES GLOBALLY, M&A ADVISORS, AND PRIVATE EQUITY/VENTURE CAPITAL PROFESSIONALS TO SOURCES CURRENT AND FUTURE M&A OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSEUS GROUP.

    This involves initiating relationships, maintaining relationships and ultimately being considered and chosen to be acquired by Perseus Group over multiple years through measurable outcomes continuous value-add many m&a conversations/high quality research generating successful acquisitions time.
