Delivery Station Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Amazon Logistics team in Salvador as a Delivery Station Manager. As a key leader, you will be responsible for operating one of our dynamic Delivery Stations, which play a vital role in Amazon's rapidly growing Operations and Logistics network.

The successful candidate will deliver inspiring and supportive leadership to their teams while being hands-on when necessary. They will develop a team of Shift Managers and their direct reports, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager. The quality of leadership is crucial to success in this role, requiring motivation and inspiration of teams to do their best work while planning schedules and activities that balance their needs with those of the business.

A key aspect of this role is leading process improvement projects to streamline activities for both yourself and your team members. Innovative ideas could potentially be rolled out across the Amazon network, providing a unique opportunity for growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in employee and performance management
• Prior experience leading large, diverse teams
• Expertise in two or more production or supply chain areas, with a strong track record in a similar logistics environment
• Advanced level in Excel (vlookup, advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros)
• Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English

This role requires the ability to organize details, establish root cause analysis, extract and analyze data, and use good judgment in stressful situations. Experience with Kaizen and Lean methodologies is an advantage.

Salary Range: R$ 8,500 - R$ 14,000 per month
