    Procuramos um profissional altamente qualificado e experiente para liderar nossa equipe de Tecnologia da Informação (TI) como Gerente de TI.

    Responsabilidades:

    • SUPORTE E LIDERANÇA: Supervisionar e orientar uma equipe multidisciplinar de profissionais de TI, incluindo administradores de sistemas, analistas de suporte, desenvolvedores, entre outros;
    • TALENTOS E MOTIVAÇÃO: Desenvolver habilidades, motivar e garantir um ambiente de trabalho produtivo;
    • PLANEJAMENTO E EXECUÇÃO DE PROJETOS: Planejar, executar e monitorar projetos de TI, garantindo que sejam entregues no prazo e dentro do orçamento, incluindo implementações de sistemas, atualizações de hardware e software, e outros projetos relacionados à TI;
    • SEGURANÇA DA INFORMAÇÃO: Garantir a integridade, confidencialidade e disponibilidade dos dados e sistemas da empresa, implementando políticas de segurança, procedimentos de recuperação de desastres e estratégias de mitigação de riscos;
    • VISION ESTRATÉGICA: Desenvolver e executar uma visão estratégica de TI alinhada com os objetivos de negócios da organização, identificando oportunidades para aprimorar a eficiência operacional e inovar por meio de soluções tecnológicas;
    • GERENCIAMENTO DE ORÇAMENTO: Gerenciar o orçamento de TI, controlando os gastos e alocando recursos de maneira eficiente;
    • AVALIAÇÃO DE NOVAS TECNOLOGIAS: Avaliar e adquirir novas tecnologias e recursos conforme necessários;
    • COMUNICAÇÃO EFICAZ: Facilitar a comunicação eficaz entre os departamentos da empresa e a equipe de TI, garantindo que as soluções tecnológicas atendam às necessidades de todas as partes interessadas;
    • MANTENÇÃO CONTÍNUA: Garantir a manutenção contínua e a atualização de sistemas, redes e infraestrutura tecnológica, minimizando interrupções no ambiente de trabalho;
    • CONFORMIDADE REGULAMENTAR: Garantir que a organização esteja em conformidade com regulamentações de segurança e privacidade de dados, como o GDPR, HIPAA, entre outros.

    Requisitos:

    • EXPERIÊNCIA COMPROVADA: Experiência comprovada como Gerente de TI ou em um cargo similar;
    • CONHECIMENTO TÉCNICO: Conhecimento sólido de sistemas operacionais, redes, segurança da informação e tecnologias emergentes;
    • HABILIDADES DE LIDERANÇA: Habilidades de liderança e gestão de equipe;
    • COMUNICAÇÃO EFICAZ: Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de colaborar eficazmente com outros departamentos;
    • VISION ESTRATÉGICA: Visão estratégica e capacidade de traduzir as necessidades de negócios em soluções de TI;
    • FORMAÇÃO ACADÊMICA: Formação acadêmica em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação ou área relacionada;
    • CERTIFICAÇÕES RELEVANTES: Certificações relevantes, como CISSP, PMP, ITIL, são uma vantagem;
    • CONHECIMENTO DE REGULAMENTAÇÕES: Conhecimento de regulamentações de segurança e privacidade de dados.
