    We provide MEP Modeling, VDC/BIM Management, Laser Scanning, and Scan to BIM services, as well as a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners.


    The Role:
    A Job Captain is the one who runs the teams of modelers for specific projects.

    They're in charge of mentoring the modelers on software usage and best practices, detecting missing information and handling RFI/RFCs, and doing Quality Control within their assigned disciplines.

    The Job Captain must also be able to do modeling tasks; in fact, they develop excellent models, combining this with the internal management of the modeler's coordinated actions within the project.


    Mandatory Requirements:

    • An Advanced level of English is an absolute must.
    • Sharp communications skills, contact with US clients will happen on a daily basis.
    • Team management skills since they'll work with internal teams on career paths and business unit's development.
    • Civil Engineering degree preferred, Mechanical or Electrical could also be but aspiring candidates should count on knowledge and experience with all trades.
    • 5-10 years of experience, the last of which has to be in people and projects coordination or similar positions with MEP BIM projects.
    • Advanced Revit & Navisworks knowledge and applied experience in the MEP trades (process piping/design preferred)

    Desirable Requirements:

    • Experience in US-based projects.
    • Knowledge and experience on BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

    Location:
