We are looking for a Product Owner to work on a variety of projects made up of multicultural teams spread all over the globe.

As part of the team, you will:
Develop the forecast of the projects in chargeTrack and control project management using agile methodologiesCollaborate with the PMO in the implementation of procedures for PMsEnsure the execution of coherent HR practices, in close collaboration with the HRBPSupport responsible PMs and refer relevant issues to the VPEnsure compliance by their team with stated methodologies and processesPresent complex issues to AMs, who will be in charge of dealing with customersEnsure effective, professional, and clear communication between PMs and ClientsEnsure client and team satisfaction during the entire project

Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role:

Advanced English

(spoken and written)4+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing (experience in Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets)Customer-orientedBudget managementIT experienceExperience with Agile MethodologiesStrong communication skillsPrevious experience as a Software EngineerDegree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
