EUROPROP Trading is a proprietary digital asset trading firm operating across global cryptocurrency markets. We combine institutional-grade risk controls, capital efficiency strategies, and high-performance infrastructure to manage and scale digital asset operations.

As stablecoins play a critical role in liquidity management, settlement flows, and cross-exchange capital deployment, we are expanding our operational leadership team. We are seeking a highly skilled Stablecoin Operations Manager to oversee stablecoin liquidity management, treasury flows, on-chain transfers, and counterparty coordination.

This is a strategic and operational role at the core of our capital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stablecoin treasury operations across multiple exchanges and blockchain networks.
• Manage minting, redemption, transfers, and liquidity balancing of major stablecoins (USDT, USDC, DAI, etc.).
• Monitor on-chain transactions, gas optimization, settlement timing, and network congestion risks.
• Coordinate capital allocation between trading desks, custodians, and exchange accounts.
• Implement operational risk controls, reconciliation procedures, and reporting systems.
• Manage counterparty exposure and settlement processes with liquidity providers.
• Ensure accurate internal reporting of stablecoin balances and transactional flows.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with stablecoins in a trading, exchange, fintech, or crypto-native environment.
• Strong understanding of blockchain networks (Ethereum, Tron, BSC, etc.) and on-chain settlement mechanics.
• Experience managing large-scale treasury flows and liquidity operations.
• High attention to detail and operational risk awareness.
• Ability to operate independently in a fully remote structure.
• Strong analytical and process-management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
