Role Type
PermanentWhat you'll be doing:
The M&A Legal Manager will will focus on 'Natura &Co Latam' with the aim to help support and ensure cross-collaboration across the current four companies but to also drive group priorities but ensuring these can be balanced with company goals.Key responsibilities:
•Assist theLatamgroups and the business units on M&A projects, which may include complex cross-border transactions, formation of JVs, new acquisitions or divestitures, complex market entries, global and regional strategic partnership and alliances with key distributors and suppliers.
•Working closely with functional groups in all stages of acquisitions, including structuring transactions drafting term sheets and other preliminary documentation, managing deal processes, performing due diligence, negotiating definitive documentation, assisting on regulatory filings, closing deals and managing post-closing integration and disputes
•Advising Transformation function in M&A activities in a substantive fashion without extensive supervision
•Leading legal strategy on acquisitions
•Driving continuous improvements, scalability and operational excellence in deal processes and execution
•Managing outside counsel
•Assisting members of the strategic transactions legal team on other high priority tasks and matters
•Regular legal support to group's Venture Capital Fund
