What you will do:
Create and run reports for the divisionBusiness partner for transplant diagnostics, microbiology diagnostics and clinical diagnostics division.
Analyze and provide insights to leverage profitabilityCoordinate and support various ad hoc projects and request for data or analysisDrive productivity and efficiency through innovation, improvements in execution and PPI implementationKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to multi-task and interface in a fast-paced environment throughout all levels of the organizationPossesses initiative, passion, intellectual curiosity, and a questioning/positive demeanorDemonstrate capabilities to continuously improve processesMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related fields2+ years of business finance experienceHigh proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPointAdvanced English / Spanish will be a plus
