    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage project quality
    • Set and monitor the Quality Roadmap for the project to achieve customer and cost targets
    • Define the quality cost of the project
    • Follow up customer milestones
    • Detect risks and prevent problems from inception to end-of-life
    • React to identified risks, escalate roadblocks to PG/PL management
    • Ensure compliance with CPM and Build-In Quality Standards
    • Respect SPPC tracking sheet, identification procedure, and transfer to suppliers via VRFs
    • Challenge other PTMs on their activities
    • Focus on Design & Change
    • Integrate novelty in product and process into DFMEA, PFMEA, DV&PV
    • Verify LLCs have been used in D/P FMEA to reduce RPN and respected
    • Update quality documents after product/process changes
    • Participate in Design Reviews with suppliers and tool makers
    • Perform control plan revisions after issues or test results
    • Support supplier management activities
    • Collect supplier-encountered issues and integrate best practices
    • Get IS validated by the customer on time
    • Define Prototype, pre-serial, and serial control plans as owner of milestones
    • Ensure consistency between SPPC, FMEA, and control plan
    • Participate in pre-FDPR and FDPR
    • Prepare IS internal & customer deliverables
    • Apply QRQC rules
    • Participate in project QRQC and ensure team use of QRQC material/rules
