    Job Description Attract, hire, enable, coach, and lead sales talent; create and foster a performance-driven culture where each sales representative is consistently driven to be a top performer Establish weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly sales targets and goals for the inside sales team including daily sales plans Build, proactively manage and reliably convert the sales pipeline; set clear direction and ensure the team is pursuing the right opportunities Support and lead the sales development activities for the Latam region Utilize and track sales KPIs to hold the team accountable for performance Partner with marketing to execute effective demand-generation and call-to-action campaigns Work with internal team to ensure proper onboarding and training for all employees on the team Organize and run weekly/monthly training sessions with the team to ensure continuous learning sessions for the team Be a point of reference and escalation for the Inside Sales team and interface with Account Executive's to ensure qualification criteria are met What we expect from you: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, business management, or related field.

    Proven experience in leading a team of Sales Development Representatives. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) softwares. Understanding the sales process and a successful experience of cold lead generation Excellent leadership skills. Superior project and time management skills.
