    Key Responsibilities

    • Create user-friendly, responsive, and accessible web pages using front-end design principles.
    • Design scalable and efficient back-end services using Node.js.
    • Develop and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.
    • Utilize operational core services experience to drive success.
    • Analyze logs to identify root causes of issues and resolve them promptly.
    • Set up alerts for system failures or issues to ensure quick resolution.
    • Optimize platform performance on both server and client sides through profiling and tuning.
    • Manage and resolve tickets related to platform issues using issue-tracking systems like Jira/ServiceNow.
    • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to provide actionable insights for preventing future incidents.

    Requirements

    • 6+ years of experience with React.js for building responsive user interfaces, including performing React upgrades.
    • Proficient in Node.js for back-end development.
    • Prior leadership experience in teams.
    • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure management using AWS and Google Cloud.
    • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for environment consistency and scalability.
    • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
    • Familiarity with Jira/ServiceNow and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

    Nice-to-Have Skills

    • Knowledge of Java, Golang, and GraphQL.
    • Experience with Backstage.
