Procurement Business Intelligence Analytics team is looking for an experienced professional with excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen to join our team.

BI Responsibilities

As a BI Engineer, you will be responsible to develop, enhance, automate, and manage key datasets and analytical models to create actionable business insights and answer business questions. The nature of the data includes both internal/operational, as well as external/market data. In this role, you will:

• Interface with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automated end-to-end reporting solutions.
• Support development of KPIs and perform analysis to understand the impacts of business initiatives.
• Consolidate and organize data from multiple, often disparate, systems
• Develop processes around data maintenance cleansing and data cleansing
• Develop automated dashboards and self-service analytic capabilities, and engineer data-driven processes that drive business value.
• Present analysis and recommendations to senior leaders, using data-driven storytelling and influence to drive improvements in business operations and strategic change.

This role requires a delicate balance in delivering BI and Data oriented solutions that are statistically grounded, but also explainable operationally - business leaders must be able to understand what variables impact operational efficiencies, and how they should respond tactically. To make technical changes to existing BI systems in order to enhance their functioning

Qualification

• Education in computer science along with work experience in a related field
• Highly preferred experience on BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, SQL

Experience and skills in:

1. Expertise with Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server
2. 4+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle or any other database tools
3. Experience with data visualization and self-service tools
4. Analytical ingenuity and leadership, business acumen, effective communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional leaders in a fast-paced environment
