    As a marketing specialist, your main responsibility will be to oversee direct response campaigns on Facebook Ads for clients within the Financial Services sector. You will be involved in setting up, testing, analyzing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram campaigns. This is a full-time position offering numerous opportunities for career advancement.

    Responsibilities

    • Campaign Development and Oversight: Lead the development and management of paid media campaigns on Facebook Ads that align with client objectives and KPIs.
    • Budget Management: Efficiently handle budgets, adjusting bids to optimize ROI and meet performance targets.
    • Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize campaign data to identify trends and insights, optimizing for improved performance.
    • Creative Copywriting Optimization: Collaborate with the Creative team to develop and test high-performing ad copy and creative elements to boost conversion rates while maintaining brand consistency.
    • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to continuously enhance campaign strategies.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, technical, and analytics teams to ensure campaign success.
    • Performance Reporting: Provide detailed reports on campaign results, offering insights and recommendations to the Senior Media Buyer.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Prior experience in Facebook marketing, direct response marketing, or lead generation is essential
    • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
    • Knowledge of Google Ads is advantageous
    • Background in copywriting is a plus
    • You bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the team
