    The Quality Analyst at the Infrastructure Competence Center contributes to ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to processes in IT services and projects, representing these aspects through key performance indicators.

    The goal is to increase transparency and improve efficiency, performance, customer satisfaction, and audit security through structured quality and governance measures.

    Responsibilities

    • Central contact person in the area for KPI reporting.
    • Ensures uniform SLA standards for IS Services.
    • Quality assurance & compliance: Co-development and implementation of measures to ensure compliance with internal standards (e.g. ISMS, audit specifications).
    • Process optimization: Identification of weaknesses in existing processes and initiation of improvement measures.
    • Governance & reporting: Support with the implementation of guidelines and the creation of a reliable basis for decision-making.
    • Structured risk management in projects.
    • Quality assurance in project and portfolio management

    Qualifications

    • Professional experience in IT quality management, project governance, or controlling.
    • Ideally experience in the IT sector (infrastructure).
    • Knowledge ITIL, ITSM/PPM tools (e.g. JIRA, SAP PPM).
    • Experience in supporting and documenting audits.
    • Strong communication skills to convey quality requirements to various stakeholders.
    • Analytical thinking to assess risks and derive measures.
    • Enjoyment of working with numbers.
