Job Profile:

The Support/Assistant Operator role is a supportive position in an operational environment, focusing on manual and repetitive tasks or assisting other operational roles to support the production process and enable senior operational roles to be more productive.

Responsibilities:

1. Performing simple tasks associated with high-volume/repetitive work streams.
2. Supporting the production process by executing various operational activities manually or operating basic machinery/tools.
3. Conducting basic verifications and controls on materials, such as weight checks, size checks, and visual inspections.
4. Signaling deviations to supervisors.
5. Maintaining good hygiene by cleaning equipment and workspace.
6. Communicating with colleagues and supervisors about work tasks and providing information, instructions, and guidance when requested.
7. Ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations, procedures, and technical standards.
8. SIGNALING POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS AND/OR UNSAFE SITUATIONS TO SUPERVISORS AND TAKING APPROPRIATE ACTION IN CASE OF IMMEDIATE DANGER
