    Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

    Company: Kenvue

    Description: Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst for the PIC Finance team. This team handles Inventory Management, financial transactions, costing, and pricing. They ensure accuracy and compliance with Kenvue guidelines.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage intercompany transactions and regional pricing
    • Support financial forecasts, perform closing activities, and analyze results
    • Partner with different teams like Tax, Compliance, and Supply Chain
    • Share best practices across the region
    • Focus on process improvement and standardization
    • Provide strategic analytic support
    • Coordinate annual costing processes
    • Support business case modeling and cost insights
    • Analyze and report on inventory data
    • Monitor currency impacts and analyze hedging exposures

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Engineering, or Business Management
    • 4-6 years of experience in finance
    • Cost and Inventory accounting experience
    • Strong financial modeling skills
    • Problem-solving and process improvement abilities

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Business Intelligence Tools
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Compliance background
    • Advanced English proficiency (Spanish is a plus)
