    Job Title: Accounts Payable Analyst

    The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) process, ensuring compliance with company policies and SOX regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive and process vendor invoices for approval.
    • Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices timely.
    • Address and respond to vendor inquiries.
    • Process reimbursement and support various ad-hoc projects.
    • Process expense reports on a regular basis.
    • Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Support audits, resolve billing and payment issues.
    • Perform data entry associated with accounts payable.
    • Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
    • Ensure all payments are accurately recorded and properly applied.
    • Support the monthly and year-end reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Lead small to mid-size projects.
    • Coordinate cooperation and communicate at a team or project level.

    Qualifications:

    Technical Skills:

    • Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
    • Bachelor's degree, or above, required, in Accounting or Business Administration.
    • Strong experience working in finance.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Knowledge of typical financial transactions of a globally distributed company.

    Professional Skills:

    • Quick learning ability, organization, and strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
    • Capability to receive direct feedback from the manager and other team members.
    • Willingness to share experiences with colleagues and express ideas.
    • Ability to establish priorities to meet deadlines.
    • Strong time management and organizational skills.
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Strong analytic abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, a sense of commitment, and a good attitude.
