Job Title: Investigative Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a team of forensic specialists who oversee investigations into complex financial crimes.

• This role is based in Belo Horizonte and involves managing a team responsible for investigating conflict-of-interest, procurement fraud, misappropriation of assets, corruption, and bribery.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have day-to-day responsibility for managing forensic specialists, providing career development guidance, and overseeing resource allocation. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for operational management while playing a key role in the overall strategic management of investigative objectives.

• Manage high-level corporate investigation projects;
• Conduct fraud awareness training;
• Oversight on integration of data analytics tools in investigative workflows;

Candidate Requirements:

To be successful in this role you should possess extensive experience leading complex corporate investigations and managing specialized teams. You should currently work within a managerial capacity within a comparable business or forensic advisory firm. A CFE qualification is welcomed but not required - we value your proven ability to lead high-performance teams and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills with fluency in both Portuguese & English languages with Spanish being an added advantage., Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools is also welcome.
