    We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide daily technical support and assist customers in resolving their software compliance-related issues.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive resolution of customer issues and maintain happy satisfied customers
    • Follow customer support process and meet established service level agreements (SLAs)

    The ideal candidate will have experience with tool subscriptions such as Enterprise ChatGPT, Grammarly, GitHub Copilot. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams are essential.

    Required Skills:

    • Software support experience with 2+ years of background knowledge in software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment
    • Demonstrated capabilities in solving problems using Log aggregation monitoring tools like DataDog and project management tools like Jira
