    Main responsibilities:
    Project Execution - 80%
    Provide global and regional category teams with analytics, RFP/RFQ/RFI content development, and business case building for sourcing executionProvide robust analytical support (should cost, scenario modeling) to market eventsAccelerate value delivery on key sourcing efforts in the pipeline by adding analytics, rigor and horsepower while utilizing a broad set of analysis capabilitiesLeverage agile principles and problem-solving frameworks to lead projects, provide structure and to provide recommendations on the approach for sourcing eventsDrive incremental value in current and future sourcing efforts by deploying critical thinking and problem-solving toolsCollaborate with cross-functional team members and provide support to leadership on projectsDevelop strategic sourcing strategies in alignment with squad value improvement/ cost saving goals and broader organizational objectivesDevelop templates to standardize sourcing analytics and drive knowledge captureBuild knowledge of e-sourcing tools & leverage capabilities for value delivery (Coupa & Coupa Sourcing Optimization)Capability Building- 20%

    Contribute to the continuous improvement of the 'Agile Playbook' for procurement, including materials and best practicesDevelop problem solving capabilities with the Procurement function, promote an agile culture and problem-solving approach and drive adoption.

    Build expertise around key analytical tools, models & frameworksParticipate in community of practice activities to drive shared learnings across theProcurement function
    Upstream SCM support (if connected to Agile events)

    Mandatory Experience and requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain or other related discipline3+ years of experience in quantitative and/or business skill such as Procurement Analytics, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Strategic Category Management, Contract NegotiationsExperience managing and delivering projects for executive stakeholdersSolid analytical and communication skills with ability to engage with and influence internal stakeholders and external partnersDemonstrated record of delivering solid business resultsMandatory Advanced EnglishDesirable Experience and requirements: Master's degree in finance, Supply Chain or other business discipline preferredDemonstrated experience solving projects as an internal or external consultant.
