    Project Manager & Event Producer (50/50 Hybrid Role)

    At the-8agency, we're seeking an exceptionally versatile professional for a unique hybrid role: 50% Project Manager and 50% Event Producer.

    • Lead the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects/events, from initial conception to closure and post-mortem analysis.
    • Create, monitor, and own event budgets ensuring maximum profitability without sacrificing quality.
    • Develop detailed timelines and proactively manage risks anticipating bottlenecks before they become problems.

    We need someone who is just as comfortable leading high-level meetings with stakeholders as being on-site solving logistical issues. If you thrive under pressure have excellent negotiation skills stress tolerance ability to multitask project management tools proficiency advanced Excel Google Sheets budgeting expertise are required along side native or bilingual Portuguese English fluency Spanish desirable.


    The role is split equally between structured project management executive event production as follows :


    h4 As Project Manager The 50 Strategic Structural h4 Comprehensive Planning Lead the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects events from initial conception to closure post mortem analysis .
    h5 Rigorous Financial Management Create monitor own event budgets P L ensuring maximum profitability strict cost control without sacrificing quality.
    h5 Timelines Risk Management Develop detailed timelines proactively manage risks anticipating bottlenecks before becoming problems.
    h5 Stakeholder Communication Act primary point contact internal external clients align expectations communicate clearly reports generate regular status KPI dashboards senior leadership.
