1. Supervise the pre-liquidation of salaries and its impact on earnings.
2. Oversee the process of registering and terminating employees.
3. Actively participate in improving area processes as well as collaborating with cross-area teams.

Requirements:

• An advanced student or graduate from careers related to human resources or a similar field.
• A minimum of three years' work experience in similar positions within service companies is necessary. Knowledge of relevant laws including Law 20&,744 is required along with expertise in fourth category earnings.
