  • What You Will Do:

    Request price changes to the CSP team and follow up.

    Verify the reasons for blocking invoices, determine why and authorize their release if applicable.

    Build databases with suppliers approved by country, region and globally.

    Gather information and monitor the supplier registration process.

    Request documentation from suppliers.

    Request additional costs to the Comex team.

    Interact with the ASAP and PST team for the creation and modification of codes.

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Procurement, Business Administration or related area with demonstrated academic success and at least 2 years to graduate
  • Proficient user of the MS Office suite
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through extracurricular involvement
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Intermediary Spanish
  • Intermediary English
