Technical Support Engineer Level 3 – Wintel/VMWare

Fundamental Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving complex technical issues with high availability networks and servers;


• Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems and VMware virtualization technologies;


• Able to provide exceptional customer support via phone or remote access ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests for assistance;


• Possess a strong understanding of networking fundamentals including routing protocols (BGP OSPF etc.) , network architecture design principles, switches routers firewalls load balancers;
