What do you need to succeed?

• Current College junior level pursuing Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or any other related.
• Demonstrated interest in developing a successful career in an strategic communications agency.
• Demostrated strong analytical skills; strategic thinking skills; proactivity and enthusiasm for work in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively, especially as part of a team.
• Strong ability to be creative.
• Demonstrate consumer empathy.
• English Intermediate level.
• Spanish proficiency level (Native or C1 up) it's a plus.
• Availability to work immediately in within a full time basis model.
