OBJETIVO:

Responsável pela gestão dos clientes dos clientes QSR – Quick service restaurant a nível Nacional, tais como: Burguer King, Dominos, Bobs, entre outras grandes cadeias do Mercado Food Service Brasileiro.

A cadeira terá o papel de desenvolver as estratégias deste canal, garantindo um papel claro dentro da cia e conversa com o strat plan, além implementá-las através de uma gestão QSR em 100% desses clientes.

Esse nível de gestão destravará um crescimento sustentável e mais rentável para nossas marcas além de garantir uma correta implementação das novas marca da cia nestes canais.

Desenvolvimento de innovation day com os clientes QSR, LTOs e prospecção de novas cadeias/redes para a Kraft Heinz Brasil;Responsável pela gestão do P&L da área com foco na entrega dos targets de TOP e botton line (VOL,NSV e CMA), além de elaborar planos para entregar as estratégias de share valor da região, desenvolvimento da distribuição das 4 marcas com target estabelecidos de DN e DP e executar um completo guia de execução para o PDV.

Porta voz da KHC com clientes e forte interface e influência com stakeholders internos com objetivo de desenvolvimento de planos e alinhamento das estratégias para a área sul:
Trade Mkt, Pricing, Customer Service, marketing RH, entre outras


PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:
Gestão das principais cadeias/clientes do mercado de Food Service Brasileiro, com presença nacional e contato Global.

Responsável por todos os indicadores de P&L dos respectivos clientes, tais como:
receita, investimento, margem bruta e líquida.

Liderança e desenvolvimento do time de vendas, marketing, supply em prol de termos o correto perfil para as novas necessidades.

Presença juntos os principais clientes a nível nacional mensal para garantia de alinhamento de planos.
Influência interna dentro da cia em prol de desenvolver ações e planos que auxiliem a entrega dos resultados financeiros.


REQUISITOS:
Superior Completo. Experiência no mercado Food Service – QSR será diferencial.
Conhecimento dos KPI ́s do Canal ( Sellin, sellout, Share, P&L Etc.....)Inglês avançado / fluente.
Consciência comercial juntamente com uma mentalidade estratégica.
