    The Opportunity

    We are looking for a hybrid marketing operator and media producer who can blend creativity, technical skill, and execution discipline.

    This is not a narrow role. You will help shape how Revflow shows up in the world—through video, design, websites, SEO, AI-enabled workflows, and publishing systems—while also supporting select client initiatives.

    This role sits at the intersection of creative production, marketing operations, and growth strategy.

    What You'll Do

    Content & Media Production

    • Edit short-form and long-form video content
    • Design graphics, thumbnails, carousels, and visual assets
    • Repurpose content using advanced AI workflows
    • Prepare content for publishing with strong hooks, captions, and structure

    Website & Landing Page Production (Core Skill)

    • Build and update pages in WordPress, GoHighLevel, and similar platforms
    • Refine layouts, spacing, responsiveness, and visual hierarchy
    • Implement conversion-focused UX (CTAs, flow, clarity)
    • Troubleshoot desktop and mobile display issues
    • Improve performance using SEO and UX best practices

    SEO Strategy & Execution

    • Perform keyword research, clustering, and search-intent mapping
    • Structure content pillars and page architecture
    • Optimize metadata, headings, alt text, and internal linking
    • Recommend high-value content opportunities
    • Monitor rankings, analytics, and performance trends
    • Use AI to accelerate research and optimization

    AI-Enabled Marketing Operations

    • Leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Descript, and others
    • Build outlines, drafts, templates, and repurposing systems
    • Automate repetitive production tasks
    • Improve speed, quality, and scalability of output
    • Collaborate with leadership on creative AI integration

    Publishing & Content Systems

    • Manage the weekly content calendar
    • Publish across LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, newsletters, and landing pages
    • Maintain consistent brand voice and pacing
    • Keep publishing workflows clean, reliable, and scalable

    Reporting & Organization

    • Maintain structured media libraries and reusable templates
    • Pull weekly performance insights
    • Share simple, actionable recommendations for improvement

    How Your Time Is Spent

    • 60–70% Revflow internal growth, content, SEO, and website presence
    • 30–40% Select client media and marketing support

    What You Bring

    Technical Strength

    • Strong video editing (Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve)
    • Confident visual design (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar)
    • Proven website and landing page production experience
    • Excellent instincts for spacing, hierarchy, and responsive design
    • Practical SEO execution and keyword strategy ability
    • Comfort using AI for content, SEO, and workflow automation
    • Ability to manage publishing systems and content operations

    Communication & English Proficiency (Essential)

    • Strong written and spoken English suitable for professional client-facing marketing
    • Ability to write clear captions, headlines, metadata, and website copy with minimal revision
    • Comfort collaborating in English during team meetings, feedback sessions, and async communication
    • Attention to grammar, tone, and clarity that reflects Revflow's professional standards
