Motorman (MTM) / OilerWe are currently seeking a Motorman (MTM) / Oiler to join our team on board the Skandi Africa vessel.

As a Motorman (MTM) / Oiler, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of machinery and equipment in the engine room.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on engines, pumps, and other machinery in the engine room
• Monitor and operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety regulations and procedures
• Assist in the loading and unloading of cargo and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the engine room
• Assist the engineering team in carrying out inspections and tests
  Requirements:
• Rule III/5
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motorman (MTM) / Oiler on board vessels
• Advanced English
• HUET and CAEbs
• Proficient in engine room operations and maintenance
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the maritime industry
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong problem
• solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
