About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Test Strategist to join our team at Winfo Solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the roadmap for our WinfoTest solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test strategies that align with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery
• Leverage technical expertise to guide database-related testing and automation efforts
• Provide insights into improving system reliability and performance
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 15-20 years of experience in QA Testing, Test Automation, and Team Management
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Oracle Applications, and test automation tools
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality testing in product development cycles
• Strong background in managerial roles with exposure to cross-functional collaboration
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
