- Audit the software development process according to the Software Certification Plan to ensure adherence to certification standards mandated by regulatory authorities such as FAA and EASA.
- Utilize regulatory guidelines including DO-178B, DO-178C, DO-330, during audits to verify compliance with certification standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and integrate aircraft systems in alignment with ARP-4754, DO-178, and DO-330 standards
- Develop and execute test plans for system verification and validation, meticulously analyzing test results.
- Generate comprehensive certification documentation for review by regulatory authorities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Must have existing rights to work in Brazil
- Must have a degree in Engineering.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language.
- Must be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia - CREA).
- In depth experience in defining and implementing engineering processes and methods.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer, automation, aeronautical Engineering
- In depth experience with Electronic Systems hardware design

Qualifications:Boeing Brazil is seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer , reporting to the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Manager, working out of the São Jose dos Campos - SP office.
The Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer will join the Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA) team. All projects focus on design, development, and production support of Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA) Platform Software Tools.
Responsibilities include translation of concepts and high-level requirements to software specifications, you will be responsible for auditing software development process to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and certification requirements for critical and embedded software.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is hybrid/telecommuting. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.
