SUPPORT SERVICES GROUP is a multinational CX Services company that provides Consulting, BPO, and Contact Center services, with a presence in more than 10 countries around the world.

We are looking for a Payroll Manager to manage all payroll activities and ensure the timely and accurate payment of employee wages across our LATAM footprint.

The payroll manager will manage end to end payroll processes, as well as identify and correct bottlenecks and crate fail safes to ensure timely payroll processing.

Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate payrollDevelop and maintain processes for payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third party payments)

Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systemsOversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgradesEnsure compliance with relevant laws and internal policiesSupervise and coach payroll clerks and assistantsLiaise with auditors and manage payroll tax auditsCollaborate with accounting teams and Human Resources (HR)Maintain accurate records and prepare reportsResolve issues and answer payroll-related questionsRequirements and skills:
Proven experience as a payroll manager or similar roleCurrent knowledge of payroll procedures and related lawsExcellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxesFamiliarity with payroll software/ HRIS and MS Office (especially Excel)
