As we expand our trading operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Proprietary Trader to manage allocated firm capital across liquid global markets.

This is a fully remote role based in Brazil, offering a unique opportunity to trade with structured risk oversight while maintaining strategic autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
Actively trade firm capital across asset classes (equities, FX, commodities, derivatives, or digital assets, depending on expertise).
Develop, test, and refine profitable discretionary or systematic trading strategies.
Monitor global macroeconomic trends, volatility regimes, and liquidity conditions.
Implement disciplined risk management practices, including drawdown control and capital preservation.
Track performance metrics and continuously optimize risk-adjusted returns.
Collaborate with internal risk and strategy teams to improve execution and portfolio efficiency.
Maintain detailed trading logs and performance reporting.

Requirements
3+ years of proven experience as a Proprietary Trader or in a similar high-performance trading role.
Demonstrated track record of consistent profitability.
Strong understanding of technical analysis, market structure, liquidity, and volatility dynamics.
Experience managing significant trading capital with strict risk parameters.
Ability to operate independently in a remote environment with high accountability.
Strong analytical mindset and disciplined decision-making under pressure.
Proficiency in trading platforms and analytical tools relevant to your market focus.

What We Offer

Annual base salary:
BRL 330,000–390,000, depending on experience.
