    This position is responsible for the implementation, administration, and operation of Human Resources programs, practices and procedures related to compensation, benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, coaching/training, employee relations and organizational development.

    The incumbent must be focused on providing excellent internal customer service, driving organizational change, and supporting initiatives and programs that will reinforce the strategic direction of the HR organization.


    ESSENTIAL


    Deliver critical tactical HR services in an efficient and effective manner that reduces risk to the organization and contributes to optimizing human capitalWork closely with our management on strategy and execution of employee engagement, team effectiveness, performance management, career development, compensation review and staffing needsPartner with all HR centers of excellence (COEs) in the planning and execution of various HR programs, practices, and procedures; including salary administration, benefits, performance management and organizational developmentEnsure locally administered HR strategies, services, and programs are executed effectively and efficientlyObjectively manage, investigate, and resolve employee relations issuesSingle point of contact for employee queries and responsesAssist with organizational and change management processes in the regionBalance corporate, function, geographic and business needs in deploying HR programsPartner with managers to provide coaching and recommendations on the appropriate handling of performance issues and provide oversight when corrective actions are neededConduct exit interviews to gain insight on turnover and provide recommendations for retentionMaintain knowledge of employment law, company policies and ensure HR actions are compliantApply subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex HR issues and recommend appropriate alternativesSupport the continuous improvement of HR processes and systemsSupport and lead various HR projectsAssist with government audits and legal action requestsResponsible for recruitment and Selection processOther duties as required.


    REQUIRED
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology Business Administration, plus a minimum of 5 years HR experience; or equivalent education and experienceStrong interpersonal, communication, customer service and conflict management skillsStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs; experience with HRIS such as Oracle PeopleSoft a plusHigh level of dependability, confidentiality and customer service mindsetMust have the ability to work in a fast paced and multi-tasking environmentMust be proficient in English
